The goal was to create a flexible space for office and warehouse teams, including a central ‘truck stop’ café, gym & changing rooms, collaboration spaces, focus rooms, and meeting rooms. This provided staff with diverse environments in which to work at their best.

By clearly defining the base builder’s scope and ours early on, Motus had a clear view of the total project budget for the new facility.
